Information we collect and why
When you browse the site, the hosting provider and security tools may process technical data such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and access times. This is necessary to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose errors. Access is limited to authorised administrators and technical providers.
If you contact us by email, we use the information in your message to reply and follow up on your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries, or steps taken at your request before a contract where applicable. We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations.
Newsletter
If you choose to subscribe, we use your email address to send Yachting Bay articles and news about yacht operations, spare parts and related services. Subscription is based on your consent. We use Brevo to manage subscriptions and send messages. We record the information needed to demonstrate your choice. Your details remain on the active mailing list until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to any legally required retention of consent evidence. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link; you can also write to us at the address above. We do not add visitors to the list merely because they contacted us or visited the site.

You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, restrict or object to processing where applicable, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
